At Pryvello™, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and how we handle any issues that may arise during transit.
1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Our services cover:
•United States: All 50 US states.
•United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
•Australia: All states and territories.
•Other International Destinations: A wide range of countries globally.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
2. Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order for shipment.
•Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
•Schedule: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
•Notifications: You will receive an immediate order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once the package has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking
To monitor your delivery, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s official website. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your purchase, please contact our support team at support@pryvello.com.
5. Delivery Issues & Resolutions
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pryvello™ is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
1.Verifying the delivery location with neighbors or building management.
2.Contacting your local post office or carrier branch.
3.Allowing an additional 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered prematurely.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit (never marked as delivered), please reach out to us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition of both the packaging and the product with clear photographs. Contact us at support@pryvello.com within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Pryvello™ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately; we will attempt to update the information if the order has not yet been dispatched.
6. International Considerations
For all international orders (outside the United States), customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
