Pryvello™ Return & Refund Policy


30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Pryvello™ blanket. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unwashed and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To begin a return, please contact us at support@pryvello.com .Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pryvello.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Items not in original condition

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no reason required. Items must be returned in original unused condition with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@pryvello.com
